Important Notes

  • Approval Confirmation for Size or Color Issues:
    • If you encounter a size or color issue, and we have prior confirmation (e.g., email or chat) where you explicitly approved the size or color with a "Yes," we will not be responsible for a return or refund. In such cases, only an exchange will be offered.

Eligibility for Returns

Refunds

  • Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original method of payment.

Damaged or Defective Items
