Exchange Policy

At The Trend Street, we want you to love your purchase. If you need a different size, color, or a completely different item, we're happy to assist with an exchange.

Important Notes

  • Eligibility for Exchanges:
    • Exchanges are only valid for items purchased directly from the TheTrendStreet.com website.
    • Certain items, like customized products or specific categories, may have unique exchange requirements. Any exceptions will be detailed on the individual product pages.
  • Restocking Fee and Return Shipping Costs:
    • A 30% restocking fee will apply to all exchanges.
    • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • Approval Confirmation for Size or Color Issues:
    • If you face a size or color issue, and we have confirmation (e.g., email or chat) where you explicitly approved the size or color with a "Yes," we will not be responsible for a return or refund. In such cases, only an exchange will be offered.

Eligibility for Exchanges

  • Time Frame: Exchanges must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
  • Condition: Items must be in original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

How to Initiate an Exchange

  1. Contact Us: Email support@thetrendstreet.com with your order number and details of the item you'd like to exchange.
  2. Receive Authorization: We'll provide you with an Exchange Authorization Number and instructions.
  3. Ship the Item: Send the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. The return address and instructions will be provided.
  4. Processing the Exchange: Once we receive the item, we'll inspect it and ship out the replacement. We'll notify you via email with the new tracking information.

Exceptions

  • Final Sale Items: Products marked as "Final Sale" cannot be exchanged.
  • Gift Exchanges: If the item was a gift, please provide the purchaser's name and order number for verification.

Alternate Options

  • If Preferred Item Is Unavailable: We can issue a store credit or process a refund according to our Return and Refund Policy.
  • Price Differences: If the new item is of higher value, we'll provide instructions for paying the difference. If it's of lesser value, we'll refund the difference to your original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately at support@thetrendstreet.com. We'll prioritise your exchange and cover all shipping costs.
